On the cold crisp evening of Saturday
July 18 2015,
56 people enjoyed a fantastic three course dinner created by
outstanding local foodie Sara Kittelty -
consisting of soup, main and dessert featuring the best of local winter
produce, matched with Ballarat wines. The evening began with canapes
and sparkling
on a tram ride.
